We recently used Gwen Croft as our buyer's agent to purchase a beautiful little bungalow in Asheville. We've been involved in buying and selling 3 homes over the past 5 years, having used 3 different realtors. Gwen is absolutely the best of the 3 (& one was an amazing experienced realtor in Wilmington) because of her perfect balance of "personal and professional". We're a bit different then many buyers and bring our realtor into the family, if they don't mind. Since we were buying homes for our adult children to live in and to rent to their friends as well, that also had good resale value, we needed someone to truly understand our specific personal needs. Gwen surpassed our expectations (which are high)! We felt comfortable enough to share very confidential information with her, and knew we could count on her to bring us gently back to task if we trailed too far off with personal issues.  Her sense of humor was a real plus as well as we tend to become a comedy team at times. I look forward to working with her in the future, as well as adding her to our list of friends in Asheville.

Just writing to commend Gwen Croft on her excellent job as our realtor for our recent home purchase.  She put in many hours of overtime doing the jobs of two realtors, as the seller was not using a full-service company.  She made the process not only painless but fun!  Our son (now 3) still talks about her.  We appreciated her ability to blend the professional with the personal.  We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in this area.
